Well….I blog about as well as I write in my journal….very sporadic. Then, I get so overwhelmed that I don’t know where to start. I can’t really start where I left off or it will take me another six months to catch up and I will still be six months behind. So, I think I will just try and pick some of my favs from the last six months and call it good… Alright, I only made it through part of the C’s and started the D’s on one drive. This might take awhile:-/
This little lady is number two in her family. Her little brother visited my studio a little less than two years ago. It was such an honor to get to take her newborn pictures. She was an absolute doll to photograph. I am pleased to introduce beautiful baby Aria.
This session was a family shoot and baptism shoot all-in-one. With the Gilbert Temple as the backdrop, how can you go wrong? It has been an honor photographing this family for several years in a row. I love watching the kids’ personalities grow and mature. I love Mom and Dad too. Thanks for putting up with me!
Oh, sweet little baby Kate. I am so grateful to get to meet these sweet babies and their families. Miss Kate’s mom makes homemade pasta. I make homemade bread. And so, the friendship of freshly ground flour begins. It always amazes me at how after meeting someone and spending a couple of hours with them is enough time to consider them a friend. I feel this way about Miss Kate’s Momma. So glad your family came through my door:-)
This little man has been blessed to come to a home full of awesome brothers. Watch out world! He showed up to the photo shoot in a batman onesie. I just happened to have a cape on hand….I am a propaholic:-)…and so, we had to get a few shots of him in true character. Andrew, you are SUPER!
Sweet, sweet Paisley! This was the largest family I have photographed in my studio. It is a small studio, but we were able to get the whole family of six in:-) This was a group of beautiful women and one lucky Dad. Paisley, you are so lucky to have come to a home full of sisters! Please welcome sweet Paisley.
It has been crazy around here lately. I am catching up on some blog postings. This little man was in my studio a several weeks ago. It was a pleasure to get to spend the morning with Harvey and his family.
Ryker, you are one handsome little man. Your snazzy new suit is just perfect….like you:-)
This was the first time that I have had the opportunity to photograph a newborn and a puppy…together. This little princess was a joy to have in my studio. And, her little furry friend was a pleasure as well. It was very difficult for the owner to get the puppy back after the session. My kids had decided that we needed to keep this little pup. I would have loved to have kept both little ones, but I think both moms would have been just a bit upset!
Welcome Cambria. You are a beautiful little lady with an amazing family. Such a pleasure to spend time with all of you.
